REFUND POLICY
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.
RETURNS:
We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for online purchases only under the following conditions:
The goods must be in unused condition, in original packaging, with original labels and ticketing attached.
The goods must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Please note there are no returns or exchanges during sale periods.
Goods for return or exchange must be returned to Elsbeth & Olive within 14 days from date of purchase, to be eligible for a store credit. The store credit, if approved, can be used in-store at 15 Te Heuheu Street, Taupo. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS
Please note that SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us on elsbethandolive@gmail.com or +64 27 309 5631 to confirm the return of an item. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Elsbeth & Olive takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
We will credit the original shipping charges for items that are deemed faulty by Elsbeth & Olive.
