Tulsi (aka the Queen of herbs) is known to foster meditation, opening the heart and mind, encouraging gratitude. Considered an adaptogenic herb it helps us better cope with emotional, physical and environmental stress. Passionflower brings powerful anti-anxiety properties to the blend, while lavender and lemon balm are beautifully calming for the nervous system.
